Stacked Metallic Pumpkins Centerpiece for Fall
I'thousand so happy that metallics are nevertheless pop this year! I think copper is a great metallic accent, especially for fall. I used copper paste to make artificial pumpkins look more glam, and and then arranged them to create an elegant stacked pumpkin centerpiece. This pretty piece of home decor is piece of cake to create, and you can use bogus or paper mache pumpkins instead of real ones to create a piece that can be used for many years.

- Two artificial pumpkins
- Large candleholder
- Orangish Craft Pigment
- White Milk Pigment
- Copper Metallic Texture Paste
- Bogus Leaves
- Hot Glue Gun
View in gallery Step one: If you lot are using newspaper mache pumpkins, pigment the pumpkin with an orange base color. I used ii applications of orange paint to get a rich colour.
View in gallery Footstep two: Pigment the candle holder with the white milk pigment. Let each layer of paint dry before adding the next. I used ii layers of pigment to embrace the column.
View in gallery Stride three: Apply a short bristled brush to paint the Copper paste onto the pumpkins. I like to castor it onto the raised surfaces to highlight them. I brushed information technology on well-nigh of the pumpkin surfaces since I really wanted them to shine, simply merely hitting the raised portions of the candle holder. Work ane section at a time, and vitrify it with a soft textile to intensify the metallic shine.

View in gallery Tip: If your paste has dried out some, add together a spoonful or two of water and let it sit for about an hour to moisten the paste.
Pace four: Assemble the centerpiece! Brainstorm by hot gluing artificial leaves to the candle holder. Adjacent, mucilage the larger pumpkin onto the candle holder over the leaves. Glue more leaves on, and top it with the smaller pumpkin.

View in gallery The copper paste gives the artificial pumpkins a very elegant finish. This would make an eye communicable centerpiece for Thanksgiving. It would also wait great on a mantle as role of your fall decorating. Pair them with these leaf bowl votive holders to create gorgeous fall home decor. Accept fun crafting and creating!
